Frequently asked questions
How much space and power do you need?+
A typical station needs roughly a 2m × 2m footprint and standard power outlets. We confirm exact requirements once we know your products and expected volume.
How many items can you print per hour?+
Throughput depends on the product and design complexity — as a guide, a single station printing preset designs handles around 40–60 garments per hour. We scale stations and crew to match your expected footfall.
How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend 2–3 weeks for standard activations to allow for design prep and garment sourcing. Get in touch early for large or multi-day events.
Can guests design their own items?+
Yes. You can offer fixed branded designs, fully guest-customised designs (names, art, messages), or a mix of both. Just note that guest customized designs or personalization such as names, initials, number etc. take longer to print per unit.
Which areas do you cover?+
We operate across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi and beyond. Travel and logistics for out-of-emirate events are quoted per project.
